Christmas Donation to the ´Tafel Offenbach`

The German Breast Group Forschungs GmbH has set a wonderful example of solidarity with a donation of 3000 euros to the `Tafel Offenbach´. The handover of the cheque took place in a warm atmosphere in the GBG office building, where Christine Sparr, the person mainly responsible for the Tafel, was present. She has been passionately committed to the concerns of the Tafel for 20 years and was able to provide valuable insights into the important work of the organization in a friendly conversation.

It is noteworthy that GBG has supported the Offenbach food bank for two years in a row. This initiative helps to provide around 46 households in the Offenbach region with gifts and a peaceful Christmas. Since 2009, not only children, but also senior citizens and their grandchildren have been given gifts. A total of 1,770 households are cared for by 54 volunteers, and since the coronavirus pandemic began, the number of households in need has almost doubled.

During the upcoming Christmas season, Tafel Offenbach invites all business owners to come together to show their charity. The Tafel has set itself the goal of bringing warmth and joy to people in need, senior citizens and children. They rely on support to organize an unforgettable Christmas. Every contribution, be it in the form of funds, non-perishable food or new Christmas gifts, can help to bring a twinkle to people's eyes and a smile to their faces.

We are very happy that our donation will also make eyes sparkle!
