We are pleased to announce the successful enrollment of the first patient in our MOMENTUM trial (GBG 108; DRKS00033761)!
MOMENTUM (Molecular Mechanisms of Therapy-resistant breast cancer) is a prospective, non-interventional, translational registry study with integrated biomaterial collection, which aims to provide deeper insights into tumor heterogeneity and molecular mechanisms of therapy resistance in breast cancer.
Our study is part of the BMBF-funded Saturn3 project and aims to follow patients with early breast cancer and relevant, clinical residual tumor after neoadjuvant chemotherapy as well as patients with metastatic breast cancer and progression under/after systemic therapy over the course of time.
Special thank goes to the St. Vincenz Hospital trial center in Limburg, which has led to this milestone, and in the same way to the dedicated project management team.
